Resources

Leaving is hard. You don't have to do it alone. These are nonprofit organizations we trust that help people leaving polygamous and high-control religious communities.

Holding Out HELP

“Holding Out HELP provides those from a polygamous culture the care, support, and resources to become independent and self-sufficient.”

Hope After Polygamy

Our mission is to connect individuals who have left polygamy to resources in their communities and provide assistance for their journey to the outside world. We award scholarships for education toward a GED up to a bachelor level degree, including trade-skill certificates. We believe education is a key difference in helping those from polygamy toward a successful self-sufficient future. Hope After Polygamy is founded by women who left polygamy and have firsthand experiences of the barriers faced by those transitioning out.
